Job Description
We are looking to replace our Regional Director E‑commerce South East Asia and Pacific for Sofitel, MGallery & Emblems during her maternity / parental leave for a period of minimum 6 months starting mid‑January 2026. This fixed‑term position is based either in Singapore or Sydney, Australia and reports to the VP E‑commerce & Acquisition.
Mission
As temporary Regional Director of E‑commerce, your core mission is to drive online revenue growth by building and optimizing a high‑performing digital ecosystem. You are accountable for achieving the annual online revenue targets for your region and hotel portfolio. You will lead, empower, and accelerate the region’s online business performance across all hotels, define and execute the regional digital commerce strategy, guide and inspire hotel E‑commerce directors, and ensure every property maximizes its online visibility and revenue across both direct channels (brand.com, ALL.com, CRM, Loyalty) and indirect channels (OTAs, Metasearch, GDS, bedbanks). Partner closely with global digital and marketing experts to enhance visibility, traffic, and conversion across all platforms.
Main Missions
Main KPIs are : Revenue, Net RevPAR, Direct vs. Indirect weight, Conversion rate, Contribution rate, App download, Content score, Rate parity.
