BUBEN&ZORWEG a leading brand of luxury safes and watch winders. Headquarter in Germany. We are expanding our footprint and are seeking an experienced REGIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT DIRECTOR to lead strategic initiatives, build key partnerships, and accelerate regional revenue growth in Singapore, South East Asia and Australia.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive regional business development strategy aligned with corporate goals.
- Identify, evaluate, and secure new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Support exiting regional distributors in business expansion
- Lead regional sales and marketing efforts to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer need to develop strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, and operations teams in SEA office in Singapore and Germany HQ, to ensure successful execution.
- Provide regular forecasts, reports, and insights to Managing Director.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).Minimum of 8–10 years of progressive experience in business development, sales, or strategic planning, preferably within same or related industry.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth targets across multiple markets.Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.Ability to travel regularly throughout the region.Why Join Us?
