ANTA was established in 1991; while ANTA Sports Products Limited, a widely recognized global sportswear company, was listed on the Main Board of HKEx in 2007 (Stock Codes : 2020 (HKD counter) and 82020 (RMB counter)). The mission of the Company is to bring the transcendent sports spirit into everyone’s life. ANTA Sports principally engages in R&D, design, manufacturing, marketing and sales of professional sports products including footwear, apparel and accessories. By embracing an all-round brand portfolio including ANTA, FILA, DESCENTE, KOLON SPORT, MAIA ACTIVE and JACK WOLFSKIN, etc., ANTA Sports aims to unlock the potential of both the mass and high-end sportswear markets. ANTA Sports is also the largest shareholder of Amer Sports, Inc., a global group of iconic sports and outdoor brands, including Arc’teryx, Salomon, Wilson, Peak Performance, and Atomic, whose shares are listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE : AS).
Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver the annual objectives by the company in terms of sales target, margin, profitability, inventory management and business development.
- Develop strategic plans that will help the company maintain an economically healthy status, produce high returns and set-up long-term growth.
- Manage the daily business operations and set a work culture that is aligned to the organization's objectives
- Drive the company's business development targets for retail / wholesale / online.
- Develop overall business functions in all areas (Marketing, Retail Merchandising, Sales and Operations, Accounting / Finance, Human Resource, IT.
- Communicate business goals to stakeholders and external parties.
- Forecasting, analyze and manage regional and China reports as required.
- Train, develop and motivate department heads to achieve department targets and goals.
- Evaluate, assess and continuous improvement of operations and financial performance.
- Manage the company budget and P&L.
- Provide regional team with regular market trends and intelligence feedback.
- Undertake other duties and responsibility as may assign by the Management from time to time or as when necessary for the effective realizations of the job purpose.
- Notwithstanding the above functions, additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned to you from time to time by the Management.
Requirements
Graduate of a bachelor's degree in any business related course. MBA degree an advantageAt least 8 to 10 years previous experience in the same capacity as general managerAt least 5 years previous work experience in a retail settingWith proven track record in successful management of profit and loss within a business unitCoordinate and communicate clearly between local department heads and regional teamLeadership, decisiveness, analytical and interpersonal skills.Visioning, aligning, prioritizing abilitiesCreative problem solving, strategic planning, business planning, decision making skillsPassionate on sports is a mustTell employers what skills you have
