Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Baristas. No prior barista experience is required – we will provide full training. What matters most is your positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to deliver great customer service.
As a Barista, you will be the face of our kiosk, welcoming customers, preparing quality coffee and beverages, and ensuring every guest has a warm and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and serve customers with a smile, making them feel welcome.
Take customer orders accurately and process payments at the counter.
Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages (training provided).
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kiosk, including tables, counters, and equipment.
Follow kiosk standards for drink preparation, service, and hygiene.
Assist with stocking supplies and managing inventory when needed.
Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Job Requirements
No prior barista or café experience required – training will be provided. (Having experience is a bonus)
Friendly, approachable, and customer-oriented personality.
Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of different types of coffee (e.g., espresso, cappuccino, latte, kopi, kopi O, teh, teh C)
Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Punctual, reliable, and a team player.
5 days work week (Weekdays ONLY)
