Regional Program Executive - Implementation (Freight Forwarding / Changi) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end onboarding and implementation of new business accounts, ensuring smooth transitions and compliance with company standards.
• Support Program and Project Managers in the planning, execution, and delivery of both internal and external customer projects.
• Develop comprehensive project documentation, including Gantt charts, process flows, and milestone tracking tools.
• Create, review, and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to drive consistency and operational efficiency across functions.
• Conduct training sessions for branch offices to facilitate the effective adoption of new processes, systems, and tools.
• Organize and lead progress review meetings, providing stakeholders with timely updates on project status, risks, and deliverables.
• Design and implement automated reporting solutions to improve data accuracy, visibility, and decision-making.
• Enhance and deploy Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systems in alignment with business needs and IT infrastructure.
• Collaborate with IT teams to plan, manage, and execute EDI implementations, ensuring seamless system integration.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities by working with cross-functional teams.
• Review and validate work instructions (WIs) prepared by account teams, ensuring compliance with operational standards and best practices.
• Provide business insights and consultation to Regional IT teams to align technology solutions with business requirements.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties and projects as assigned by Management.
