Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our daily operations. The ideal candidate will handle a variety of administrative duties including coordination, order processing and bookkeeping.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, document management, maintaining office supplies
- Handle purchasing duties, logistics coordination, provide support to sales and operations
- Handle bookkeeping tasks, including accounts receivable / payable, expense tracking
- Assist in preparing financial reports and liaising with external accountants / auditors when necessary
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support to management as required
Requirements
Diploma or higher in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related fieldPreferably 2 years of relevant experienceProficient in MS Office (Word, Excel). Knowledge of MYOB would be added advantageStrong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detailGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWhat We Offer
