Roles & Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement – Contract Analyst with strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, as well as creating Statements of Work (SOW). The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting procurement activities, ensuring compliance with company policies, and driving efficiency in supplier engagement and contract lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, including Master Service Agreements (MSAs), NDAs, and vendor agreements.
- Create, review, and finalize Statements of Work (SOW) in alignment with project and business requirements.
- Support procurement processes including RFPs, RFQs, and vendor selection.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders to ensure contractual compliance and risk mitigation.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and amendments in contract management systems.
- Provide guidance on procurement policies and procedures to internal stakeholders.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and obligations to ensure adherence.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in contract and procurement management.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Supply Chain, or related field.4–6 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or vendor management.Proven expertise in drafting and managing contracts and SOWs.Strong negotiation and communication skills with attention to detail.Familiarity with procurement systems / tools (e.g., Ariba, Coupa, SAP) preferred.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Skills
Knowledge of procurement best practices and legal frameworks.Experience in IT, professional services, or large-scale outsourcing agreements.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Tell employers what skills you have
