Job Description
Analyse market trends in the real estate industry to build procurement intelligence and provide insights that shape procurement strategies and decision-making.Lead end-to-end tender processes, from preparing and releasing RFP / RFQs to vendor selection, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company policies, HSE, and quality standards.Oversee contract renewals, documentation, and close-out activities; maintain proper filing systems, ensure obligations are met, and streamline processes for speed and accuracy.Collaborate with department heads, property managers, and external partners to obtain approvals, coordinate tender activities, and drive vendor performance management, including corrective actions.Ensure procurement and contract management activities meet regulatory, legal, and internal control requirements, including insurance policy renewals and risk mitigation.Recommend process enhancements, implement best practices, and conduct procurement training to raise team capability and productivity.Take on evolving responsibilities as the role grows, contributing to strategic planning and operational excellence.The Successful Applicant
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related discipline; professional certifications like CIPS are highly valued.5 to 7 years in procurement and contracts, with 3 to 5 years leading teams and driving REIT compliance, tender management, and contract negotiations.Exceptional analytical thinking, market research ability, and communication skills, with a proven record of building strong stakeholder relationships.Skilled in guiding teams, enforcing governance standards, and ensuring adherence to financial and regulatory frameworks.Meticulous, trustworthy, and solutions-driven, with a focus on improving processes and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer
