Job descriptionBasic degree in Infocomm, Business or equivalent 5 years of Relevant experience, preferably in both procurement and ICT Management. Good knowledge of government Infocomm environment, procurement, and contract management practices, preferably with hands-on knowledge of GeBIZ. Good negotiation, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills. Meticulous and independent, has excellent communication (both written & verbal) and be able to work effectively in a team
