Job descriptionIdentifying, developing and executing effective sales strategies to acquire new clients and expand existing customer relationships Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with Architects, Consultants, owners, developers, contractors, sub-contractors, etc. Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales and engineering professionals to meet their individual and team goals Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and product, to develop integrated sales campaigns Analyzing market trends, competitor activities and customer needs to identify new business opportunities Prepare market reports, periodical sales forecast and business presentations as required Responsible for company KPls and contribute to P&L performance Monitoring and reporting on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions Negotiate and close deals, provide technical solutions, follow up with clients, and manage any customer concerns or complaints Proven success in a sales management role, ideally in the building construction or M&E industry Strong leadership and people management capabilities; ability to inspire and lead high- performing teams Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with Clients Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making Willingness to travel for product training, client meetings, site visits, seminars and tender participation Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred) Must possess a valid class 3 driving license Submit your application by clicking the APPLY button; Email your resume to Job@anradus.com.sg .
