Roles & Responsibilities
Job Duties & Responsibilities :
- Handle preparation and submission of progress claims / payment and variation orders of projects.
- Liaise with Clients on progress payments and VO matters.
- Evaluation and certification of suppliers / sub-contractors progress payments.
- Evaluates and verifies sub-contractors variation orders.
- Provide monthly update of project costing.
- Good knowledge of construction structural works measurement.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Operation Manager or above.
Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.Required language(s) : English (Able to liaise with English and Chinese speaking associates is preferred)At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Basic Knowledge of BIM and AutoCAD.Able to work independently or as a team with following deadline.Meticulous and Accuracy.Preferable for candidates who can start work immediately5.5 days work weekMacpherson (walking distance from Macpherson MRT)Tell employers what skills you have
