Responsibilities :

• Study the tender document including drawings, technical specification and capture all the tender requirements in detail.
• Propose and prepare project specific and feasible ERSS system, construction methodology and sequencing of works.
• Prepare method statements, sequencing of work, site utilization plan, traffic control plan, plant and machinery planning, human resource or manpower planning etc.
• Identify potential challenges and propose effective and feasible mitigation measure.
• Liaise and coordinate with specialist contractor / supplier and design consultants to obtain their input for the tender proposal and submission purposes.
• Developing construction Preliminary / Master programme.
• Prepare write up as per PQM and tender requirement.
• Prepare tender powerpoint presentation slides for internal management review prior to submission.
