Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Design and review of human resources policies and processes to ensure high-performance culture that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the company.
- Lead talent acquisition, retention, training, development and succession planning to ensure a skilled and motivated workforce.
- Establish and maintain a performance management system that drives employee engagement and aligns individual performance with organisational goals.
- Ensure efficient HR operations, compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and effective governance of HR policies and procedures
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; HR certification (e.g. IHRP) preferredAt least 10 years of relevant work experience, preferably in a start-up environmentProven experience in managing key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.Strong understanding of labour laws and regulations relevant to HR practices.Experience in tracking, and analysing key HR metrics to measure the effectiveness of HR programs and initiatives; Ability to create comprehensive reports and dashboards that provide insights into employee performance, engagement, and retention; Capacity to communicate findings to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner, facilitating informed decision-making.EA Personnel Name : Jackie Ng
