Planning Executive (Open to no experience, East) - JL

Position : Planning Executive (Job ID : 19823)

Job Description :

・Monitor and plan space for loading of shipments to maximize efficiency.

・Follow up on the status of freight and ensure that all relevant parties are updated.

・Work closely with airlines on inquiries regarding rates, tracking, and other matters.

・Create, maintain, and review selling and buying rates from customers and carriers.

・Ensure that all shipments are completed and uplifted on time at the agreed rate with the customer and airline.

・Produce progress reports and profit / loss summaries for the team and stakeholders.

・Handle RFQ and TENDER.

・Coordinate with sales on inquiries and assist them in providing the best solutions.

・Be familiar with all buying and selling rates from customers and airlines.

・Plan all BUP shipments for consolidation.

Job Requirements :

・Quick critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

・Strong organizational and time management skills.

・Good collaboration and teamwork abilities.

・2 years of experience in the same industry or field, but no experience is also welcomed.

・Must be open to work 1 night shift and 3 day shift.

・Open to working Alternate Saturday
