Job descriptionReporting to Contracts Manager Prepare tender submission; handle progress claims and progress payment, VO & finalization of accounts Liaise and establish rapport with consultants, quantity surveyors, architects, developers, and contractors on certification of claims for payments Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field Minimum 2 years of relevant experience with a contractor Candidates with more experience can be considered for Senior position Meticulous and analytical with strong problem-solving abilities Proactive team player who can work independently and under tight deadlines
