We are seeking a skilled chef who can

prepare, cook, and present dishes with creativity, consistency, and

care. You will play an important role in maintaining our high

standards of taste and quality, ensuring every meal delights our

guests.

Key

Responsibilities :

Prepare and cook authentic Chinese dishes, with a focus

on Malatang-style cuisine.

Ensure all meals

meet quality, portion, and presentation standards.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards

in the kitchen.

Work efficiently in a

fast-paced environment while managing daily operations.

Collaborate with the team to create seasonal specials and

improve

menus.

Requirements :

Proven experience in Chinese food preparation and

cooking.

Strong knowledge of Chinese culinary

techniques and ingredients.

Ability to work

independently and handle pressure during peak hours.

Team-oriented with good communication

skills.

Work Schedule : 6 days per week

Salary : $3,500 per month
