Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

Analyze and optimize end-to-end cross-border payment workflows.
Develop dashboards (Power BI / Tableau) for KPI tracking : acquisition, retention, transaction success rates.
Conduct user segmentation, funnel analysis, and A / B testing to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with product, engineering, operations, and compliance teams to implement process improvements.
Provide data-driven recommendations for product features and operational enhancements.
Support internal product roadmap planning, backlog prioritization, and process documentation.

Requirements :

Strong knowledge of cross-border payment ecosystems and FinTech operations.

Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and advanced Excel.

Experience with KYC / AML, risk scoring, and compliance-by-design practices.

Solid understanding of user journey analytics, funnel optimization, and product metrics.

Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Familiarity with cross-regional operations preferred (SEA, MENA, LATAM)

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Notion, Figma, Zendesk.
