Roles & Responsibilities

Our client is a MultiTech social media company. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue and solution adoption, building relationships and helping clients grow their own business results on company's platforms.

Job Responsibilities

• Drive incremental revenue and product adoption from managed clients
• Become an expert in company's solutions for businesses of all sizes and tailor recommendations strategically to suit varying client needs
• Work with clients to improve the performance of their overall campaigns
• Align clients KPIs with company's solutions to drive incremental value
• Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues
