Job descriptionA minimum vocational certificate in IT or related studies. Willing to undertake a 3 / 6 / 12 month contract with the possibility of an extension. Some prior experience in IT support and administration. Knowledge in hardware and software systems. Basic network skills. Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
A leading cargo industry player is looking out for an IT Support professional.
The Role :
- Provide on-site IT support for computers, mobile devices, tablets and printers.
- Support the remote switch configurations and testing.
- Support switches disconnection, dismount and mount to rack, patching, cabling which will be done by local provider.
- Fresh grads are welcome to apply
