Roles & Responsibilities
The successful candidate will handle a portfolio of clients consisting of private local and foreign companies in the provision of corporate secretarial services which includes :
- Attending to clients on routine corporate secretarial matters
- Incorporation of or striking-off of companies
- Preparing the necessary documents re AGM, EGM, board and shareholders’ minutes etc
- Advising on and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory provisions
- Being conversant in statutory filings with ACRA and other relevant authorities
- Maintaining necessary statutory records
- The ability to work independently or with minimal supervision
Requirements :
Undertaken courses in statutory secretarial works, or equivalent qualificationsFamiliar with the Companies Act and related requirementsMinimum 3 years corporate secretarial experience, desirableProficiency in computer skillsOther Information :
