Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- In-charge of Corporate secretarial matters including incorporation, registration, statutory compliance, ACRA filing / liaison amongst others
- Work with team of professionals in providing corporate secretarial support or advices to clients
- Preparation of annual documents and the relevant filings for companies such as AGM & annual returns
- Preparation of resolutions for any corporate exercises such as series funding
- Advisory & applications for overseas incorporations on behalf of clients
- Prepare invoices & make collection on these invoices
- Prepare monthly statement of unpaid invoices
- Responsible for collections & payments
- Ad hoc duties
Requirements :
Degree in Accountancy / Finance or related disciplineAt least 3 years of Corporate Secretarial experiencesICSA qualified is of an advantageMust be conversant in both written and spoken EnglishTell employers what skills you have
