Are you a tech enthusiast with a background in traditional programming or coding, eager to explore the world of low code platforms and applications? Join us in our Sparx Traineeship Program, "Stengthening Potential - Accelerating Readiness."
This program is designed to upskill and reskill talents into proficient low code developers through close collaboration with our clients' development teams.
Program Overview :
- Intensive Training : Begin with a fully sponsored, intensive 2-week full-time training program on the OutSystems low-code development platform, featuring mentorship from experienced developers and the opportunity to earn your certification.
- Hands-On Experience : Training wouldn’t be complete without hands-on experience. You'll be assigned to a client’s application development project, gaining real-world exposure for the next 12 months, with the potential for full-time direct employment with our clients.
An Outsystems Developer (Associate I) is for fresh grads with relevant IT knowledge, certifications or education.
An Outsystems Developer (Associate II) is for mid career switchers who above 40 years old, may have relevant development experience and are looking to reskill and upskill themselves into low code development applications.
An Outsystems Developer (Associate III) is for traditional developers who are looking to transition into OutSystems with skills such as C# QL, .Net, Javascript, CSS, HTML, RESTful APIs

Requirements
Role : OutSystems Developer
The primary function of an OutSystems Developer will be the development and maintenance of OutSystems-based applications in a fast-paced environment using agile methodologies. The OutSystems Developer will be integrated into a team with other developers and front-end developers, under the supervision of a Tech Lead, and interacting with Product Owners and other stakeholders, both technical and business.
