Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Permanent
  • $2,800 – $3,500
  • Mon–Fri : 8.45am – 5.30pm, alternate Sat (8.45am-3pm, will either be paid or get off-in-lieu) & late hours during month-end as required
  • South (near Labrador MRT station)(Shuttle service from Queenstown MRT)

Responsibilities :

  • Process sales orders for Local and Regional sales team (including online platforms)
  • Prepare shipping documents for custom clearance (Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Quality, Form D, etc.)
  • Handle and monitor Letter of Credit verifications
  • Update product inventories on E-commerce platforms
  • Maintain and update stock allocation sheet
  • Liaise with factory and forwarders on shipping and logistics arrangements
  • Coordinate with customers and logistics team on delivery schedules
  • Assist sales team with AR monitoring for payments and credit limits (DSO)
  • Prepare Loan Goods Forms for road show events
  • Issue Goods Return / Exchange for faulty sets
  • Handle product enquiries from customers
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

  • Requirements :

  • At least ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ Level, ITE, or Diploma qualification
  • 3 – 5 years related working experience in sales admin or customer service support preferred
  • Experience in import / export and shipping operations preferred
  • Knowledge of Import & Export Documentation & Procedures
  • Familiar with Letter of Credit (advantage)
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an added advantage
  • Able to work alternate Saturdays and late during month-end when required
  • Independent, organised, and able to multi-task
