Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations in accordance to company SOPs and standards
- Maintain excellent levels customer service and customer satisfaction
- Design menus, replenish of goods & ingredients and continuously make necessary improvements
- Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety regulations
- Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel
- Manage KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures
- Report to management on sales and productivity preformance
Qualifications
Proven food and beverage management experience, with cafe-related experience preferredCommunication and leadership skillsUp to date with food and beverages trends and best practicesCustomer-oriented and service-mindedAbility to identify and resolve problems efficientlyAbility to multiple tasksAbility to manage personnel and meet financial targetsLocation : East
Working Days : 6 work days per week
Salary Range : $3,000 - $3,600
