Roles & Responsibilities

Job description

• Develop and implement a marketing communications plan for the assigned brand, including defining campaign strategies, budgets, and short- and long-term marketing.
• Plan, create, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels (digital, print, and media) – oversee media buying, press outreach, and promotional activities – with a focus on achieving target ROI and brand awareness.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging and corporate identity across all communications, events, and marketing materials, maintaining a cohesive brand voice in line with company.
• Create and curate compelling content (e.g. press releases, blog posts, newsletters) and coordinate the design of promotional materials for distribution across online and offline.
• Oversee digital marketing channels , including the corporate website and email marketing, implementing UX improvements, SEO / SEM strategies, and Google Ads campaigns to increase web traffic and lead.
• Plan and execute marketing events (such as industry trade shows, product seminars, and webinars) to showcase the brand’s offerings, engage with B2B customers, and generate new business.
• Manage the brand’s social media presence , including content planning, community management, and analytics, to grow followers and engagement in coordination with any external agencies (ensuring paid and organic social media tactics strengthen brand awareness).
• Develop sales enablement materials and tools (presentations, brochures, case studies) to equip the sales team with up-to-date product information and compelling value propositions for client.
• Monitor and analyse marketing performance , tracking the effectiveness of campaigns and events (including ROI metrics), and prepare regular reports with insights and recommendations to improve future marketing initiatives.
