Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage content across internal platforms
- Maintain and enhance the SEA intranet / employee portal
- Draft and circulate newsletters, leadership messages, campaigns, and office updates
- Partner with HR and other teams on onboarding, training, and engagement communications
- Monitor engagement metrics and suggest ways to improve communication effectiveness
- Support content development and updates for the corporate website and external channels
- Plan and publish social media content
- Assist with the execution of external events and campaigns
- Liaise with regional and global teams to ensure alignment and localisation of communications
- Collaborate with HR on initiatives related to culture, engagement, and employer branding
- Prepare communication materials for HR-led activities such as surveys, events, and recognition programs
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Business, or a related field2–4 years of experience in communications, marketing, or corporate affairsStrong writing and verbal communication skillsInterested candidates are invited to email your resume to :
