MEDIA & COMMUNICATION COORDINATION
(75%)
Manage internal
and external communications, including website content, press
releases, design graphics, and copywriting for marketing
collaterals, pre-event communications, post event internal
reporting.
Manage media relations, maintaining the advertorial
calendar and deadlines, working closely with clients' head office
to propose content, review / edit content pieces for both paid and
earned advertorials in line with the global message house content
and language.
Create marketing assets such as product photoshoots,
recipe cards,
etc.
Manage third-party vendors as well as appointed public
relations agency for in-market communications programs in line with
clients' Global Communications Program, which includes review of
social media content, communication pieces, press release,
influencer, and key opinion leader (KOL) engagements for online and
offline
content.
Manage or provide oversight in developing content for
video, social, and digital content upload copy to websites and
other platforms, with a keen understanding of the multitude of
channels and
platforms.
Develop infographics and recommend optimal use as
marketing
tools.
Assist in developing webinars or other similar media,
including an understanding of digital and online media tools for
educational
outreach.
PROGRAM
& EVENT COORDINATION (25%)
Assist in program and event coordination to ensure that
all marketing activities and projects are accomplished, goals are
aligned and resources are available and
maximized.
Assist in preparing and submitting documentation needed
to ensure that funds required to implement projects are requested
on a timely basis and in compliance with the regulatory
requirements and internal
policies.
Attend and / or represent Company at trade shows and fairs,
technical meetings, international seminars, and other events as may
be requested by
Company.
