Roles & Responsibilities
- Develop and publish engaging content across internal platforms
- Support the execution and ongoing maintenance of the SEA intranet / employee portal.
- Draft and distribute internal newsletters, leadership messages, employee campaigns, and office announcements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and HR to support internal initiatives such as onboarding, engagement, and train-ing communications.
- Monitor employee engagement metrics and provide recommendations to enhance internal communication efforts.
- Assist in content creation and updates for the corporate website and external-facing platforms.
- Support LinkedIn and other social media content planning and publishing, including leadership visibility, employer branding, and project updates.
- Assist with the planning and execution of external events and campaigns.
- Coordinate with regional and global teams for corporate communications alignment and asset localisation.
- Collaborate with HR on employee engagement, internal culture, and branding projects.
- Assist in the development of communication materials for HR-led initiatives (e.g., surveys, events, recognition programs).
Requirements
