Job Title : Japanese Cuisine Cook

Location : Central Singapore

Salary : Up to $3,400 / month

Schedule : 5 or 6 days per week

We’re looking for a dedicated cook with a passion for Japanese cuisine to join our growing team.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and present a variety of authentic Japanese dishes, from sushi and sashimi to tempura and donburi
• Support the Head Chef in daily operations and smooth kitchen service
• Mentor junior team members and help raise overall standards
• Oversee stock levels, supplies, and assist with ordering when needed
• Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met consistently
• Step up to lead during shifts when senior chefs are unavailable
