Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Assist in design, design development & tender documentation
Liaise with Authorities to obtain statutory approval
Liaises and discusses project-relevant issues with clients
Coordinating and liaising with the various consultants and project team
Assist in administering contracts and on site supervision
Ensures design quality and authority compliance

Job Requirements :

Have flair in design

Proficient in skills in Autocad and Revit Architecture

Graduated with a recognized Diploma, Degree in Architecture or equivalent from a local or foreign university

Minimum 2 years of relevant architectural experience is preferred

Able to work independently and have motivated personality

Good technical knowledge and familiar with prevailing regulations and codes (URA, BCA, etc) is an advantage
