Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• Prospect high-quality restaurants through outbound efforts and referrals
• Lead outreach via calls, emails, visits, and meetings to pitch
• Present tailored proposals that highlight ROI and address client needs
• Own the full sales cycle from lead qualification to deal closure
• Maintain a clean pipeline with active lead tracking and timely follow-ups
• Collaborate with onboarding, ops, and marketing for smooth client handovers
• Use CRM tools for tracking, forecasting, and feedback sharing
• Stay updated on F&B trends, competitors, and market insights
