Responsibilities :

• Efficiently process and handle enquiries & orders by following the SOP and Work Instruction provided.
• First level support for quality services enquiries
• Professional and timely manner of multi-tasking through multiple systems to meet customer timelines.
• Meet all defined KPI's on monthly basis
• Maintain full compliance to reduce company risk / Audit queries
• Follow coaching / training schedules listed at Country level for job related ERP / CRM / Application training including soft skill trainings, and other company driven training in consultation with your manager / HRBP for personal development.
• Support and maintain customer complaints management through use of operational platforms
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints following company guidelines
