Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Prepare and manage documents such as invoices, delivery orders, and packing lists
• Coordinate with suppliers, transporters, and internal teams on delivery schedules
• Track and monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain accurate records of stock and inventory movements
• Handle data entry and update logistics systems or spreadsheets
• Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative duties as needed
• Ensure compliance with company policies and logistics procedures
