Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Work as a functional business analyst with the project team for datamart and customer relationship manager systems
• Liaise with stakeholders from business, technology, and other departments to clarify, define and document the requirements (functional & non-functional) and streamline the processes;
• Define and / or propose sound solution to address business needs;
• Review functional specification and ensure alignment with business requirements;
• Review UAT test cases and participate in UAT;

Follow the bank’s process and procedure to deliver quality artifacts and meet key milestones within expected project timeline;
