Requirements
We are hiring an enthusiastic
Assistant Cook to support our chefs in the preparation and delivery
of quality dishes. This role is perfect for someone eager to learn
and grow in the culinary industry while contributing to the daily
success of the kitchen.
Key
Responsibilities
Assist chefs in the preparation of ingredients and basic
cooking tasks.
Support in plating and
garnishing dishes according to standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas,
equipment, and utensils.
Follow food safety
procedures and kitchen guidelines.
Help with
stock rotation, storage, and waste management.
Ensure timely support during busy service
hours.
Take direction from senior chefs and
contribute to smooth kitchen
operations.
Requirements
Prior kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but
not mandatory.
Passion for cooking and
eagerness to learn.
Ability to work in a
fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic
understanding of food hygiene and safety.
Good
attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public
holidays.
