Roles & Responsibilities

Job Duties :

• 5.5 Work week
• Make outbound calls to engage customers and secure appointments.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through phone, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Address customer enquiries and objections with professionalism and confidence.
• Meet business conversion targets, including contact and appointment rates.
• Accurately record and update lead information, activities, and appointment details.
• Conduct call activities in compliance with regulations and company quality standards.
