Responsibilities
Proactively engage working professionals via phone and
virtual platforms to introduce relevant training
opportunities
Recommend training solutions
tailored to individual career goals and industry demands
Follow up with potential customers to close sales and
achieve personal targets
Schedule virtual
consultations and manage customer enquiries
Build long-term client relationships to drive retention
and referrals
Maintain accurate records of
sales activities and performance
tracking
Requirements
1-2 years of experience in telesales,
business development, recruitment, or related
fields
Confident communicator
with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented mindset, proactive in identifying and
converting sales
opportunities.
