Description :

• Preparation of Tender and Cost Anaylsis.

Prepare contractual correspondence, submit claims notices

promptly and in accordance to schedule.

Prepare and submit payment applications on due date,

follow up applications to ensure promote certificate and payment

and ensure final accounts are submitted in a timely manner and are

agreed to maximum value.

Prepare work orders

for sub-contractors, prepare monthly payments and settle sub

contractors final

accounts

Job

Requirements : Degree

in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in foundation

works.

Proficient in Microsoft

Excel

Willing to travel around Singapore and

be based on

site.
