Job
Description
We are seeking an
experienced Workplace Safety & Health Officer
(WSHO) and Fire Safety Manager
(FSM) to join our team.
The
successful candidate will be stationed at a
hospital and play a key role in
managing environmental, health, and safety
(EHS) compliance, ensuring a safe and secure
environment for patients, visitors, and
staff.
Key
Responsibilities
Conduct regular workplace and facility
safety inspections to ensure compliance with
WSH regulations and hospital
standards.
Plan, organize, and conduct
fire evacuation drills and related
emergency response exercises.
Ensure strict
compliance with fire safety and
workplace safety
regulations .
Conduct safety training for
hospital staff to promote a strong safety culture.
Investigate workplace incidents and
accidents , prepare reports, and implement preventive
measures.
Act as the document
controller for all EHS-related
files and hospital licensing
requirements .
Monitor and manage all licenses and
permits to ensure compliance with regulatory
authorities.
Maintain proper
documentation and filing systems for safety records,
certificates, inspection reports, and audit findings.
Liaise with SCDF, MOM, NEA, and other
authorities on compliance matters when
required.
Job
Requirements
Minimum
Diploma in Workplace Safety &
Health, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related
fields.
Degree
holders will have an advantage.
Minimum 3 years of relevant working
experience as a WSHO
and FSM ;
Valid FSM Certification is
required; Senior FSM certification
will be an added advantage.
Well-versed in
WSH Act, SCDF Fire Safety regulations, NEA, and
hospital-related EHS standards .
Strong communication skills to conduct safety briefings,
trainings, and liaise with stakeholders.
Meticulous, organized, and proactive with excellent
documentation and reporting
skills.

Location : Hospital - North
Zone, Singapore
Working
Hours : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 30 PM |
Alternate Saturdays, 8 : 30 AM - 12 : 30 PM
Salary : Commensurate with
experience and qualifications
Employment Type : Full-Time,
