Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Officer to oversee and implement safety protocols at our construction site in Singapore. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance with Singapore's WSH regulations, promoting a safe working environment, and preventing workplace accidents.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act and other relevant regulations
• Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans and risk assessments. Conduct regular safety inspections, and incident investigations.
• Organize and conduct safety training and toolbox meetings for workers
• Maintain accurate records of safety activities, incidents, and corrective actions
• Advise site management on safety improvements and hazard control measures
• Promote a strong safety culture across all levels of the workforce
