Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and responsible Supervisor to lead and manage a team in daily operations. The Supervisor will oversee work performance, ensure smooth workflow, maintain safety and quality standards, and act as the key link between management and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and organize daily work schedules, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
• Supervise and motivate staff to achieve productivity, quality, and service targets.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and support to team members.
• Inspect work areas and ensure compliance with workplace safety and company policies.
• Handle staff issues, including conflict resolution, discipline, and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory, equipment, and materials to support operational needs.
• Prepare daily / weekly reports and communicate updates to management.
• Support improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Ensure customer requirements and service standards are met.
