Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description :

• Perform quantity take-offs, and source suppliers and sub-contractors.
• Collaborate closely with the project team to ensure the timely appointment of subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and evaluate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare and submit progress claims and respond to subcontractor payment queries.
• Identify and initiate claims for variations to the contract.
• Administer the contract to ensure full compliance and conformance to terms.
• Resolve disputes with stakeholders and finalize project accounts.
• Participate in the tendering process, with duties assigned by the team leader.
