Responsibilities

Negotiating with contracting companies in order to get sufficient equipment and personnel necessary to complete the construction work in good time.
Prepare, revise and update tendering
Taking off quantity drawing tender
Resolution contractual claim
Purchasing project site materials

Requirements

Min Diploma in QS / Civil Engineering / Architectural or equivalent

Having related building construction working experiences will be a better

Familiar with Singapore local authorities’ submission

Immediate availability
