This position provides IT administrative support for the first contact point for users, assisting to raise and track request when requested.

Update ITSM records for IT Assets movements and service requests status

Assist to raise accounts creation / deletion requests in ITSM.

• Responsible in managing the end users IT assets pool.
• Raising requests in ITSM for all assets movements and accounts creation.
• Ensure all end users IT Assets movements are tracked and records in CMDB are kept up to date.
• Raised IT assets requests in ITSM for new comers and resignees.
• Ensure all IT assets movements are tracked and kept up to date.
• Conduct daily check-in / check-out count of IT assets in the IT Store.
• Assist in IT assets stock take yearly.
• Update ITSM records for IT Assets movements and service requests status

Assist to raise accounts creation / deletion requests in ITSM.
