Roles & Responsibilities

An ACMV (Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation) Installation Site Coordinator plays a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating the installation of ACMV. Their duties and responsibilities are focus on ensuring the project is completed efficiently, safely, and within budget. 1. Project Planning & Scheduling

• Work Scheduling : Coordinate and schedule all activities related to the installation of ACMV systems, ensuring that work is carried out according to the project timeline.
• Resource Allocation : Ensure that manpower, materials, and equipment are available as per project needs and schedules.
• Coordination with Contractors : Collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors involved in the installation process to ensure timely delivery and work execution.
