Job Overview :

Coordinate and oversee site operations for DfMA Prefab MEP projects, ensuring the efficient execution of design, production, and installation processes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations on-site.

Key Responsibilities :

🔹 Operations Management

• Coordinate site operations for Prefab MEP projects, ensuring alignment with project schedules and standards.
• Supervise the progress of fabrication, assembly, and installation activities on-site.
• Ensure timely delivery of prefabricated components for on-site assembly.

🔹 Site Supervision & Quality Control

🔹 Team Coordination & Communication

🔹 Resource & Logistics Management

Qualifications & Experience :

Skills :

✅ Strong communication and organizational skills.

✅ Ability to manage on-site operations and resources effectively.

✅ Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.

✅ Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

✅ Willingness to work 5.5 days per week.
