Roles & Responsibilities

• Welcome members and assist with all enquiries and bookings.
• Coordinate facility reservations, events, and partner services.
• Handle day-to-day concierge duties including email and phone enquiries.
• Support the planning and execution of members-only events.
• Maintain high service standards and update member records.
