We are looking for a Duty Manager to join our team!
As a Duty Manager , we rely on you to :
- Ensure smooth operation daily
- Enhance overall guest experience during their stay
- Supervise and direct the Front Office team
- Ensure all colleagues are kept up to date with hotel products and services
- Monitor all arrivals and departures from a guest experience perspective
- Respond to emergencies according to standard operating procedure (SOP) and ensure the safety of guests and colleagues
We are looking for someone who :
Fully understands Rooms and Front Desk operationsHas experience in the same capacity with hotel / resort background with OPMS knowledge and related hotel's front office systemPreferably comes from a hotel management-related education backgroundHas experience in managing emergency response / crisis managementCERT and First Aider certified is an added advantageWe Offer
