Roles & Responsibilities
The jobholder is responsible for all support operations & facilities related works across all Econ facilities.
- Assist in reviewing, improving, and implementing processes for kitchen, laundry, and environmental hygiene.
- Support business units in evaluating and implementing strategies and policies.
- Oversee facilities management, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and timely renewals of licenses.
- Verify that maintenance services meet contractual agreements and compliance standards.
- Support infrastructure upgrades, automation, digitization, and sustainability initiatives.
- Provide guidance and supervision to facilities executives and technicians.
- Manage reports, inventory, quotations, and statutory renewals.
- Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned by the Manager or HOD.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in any facilities related discipline.Bachelor degree in any discipline.Candidate must have a minimum of 8 years working experience in facility management.Candidate must have a minimum of three years supervisory experience in a similar role.Candidate with Fire Safety Manager, WSH, Food Hygiene Certificate has an added advantageIT SavvyTell employers what skills you have
