Assistant Manager (Port Operations)

Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking an Assistant Manager (Port Operations) to support our bulk aggregates operations at Jurong Port . The role covers vessel and barge discharging, warehousing, and distribution of bulk construction materials (granite and sand) to customer sites.

Key Responsibilities :

Port Operations

• Plan and manage resource deployment (manpower and equipment) for vessel and barge discharging to ensure safe and smooth operations.
• Coordinate and sequence work activities to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Ensure all safety procedures, permits, and operational paperwork are completed and submitted on time.
• Respond to operational issues and emergencies on a 24 / 7 basis when required.
• Prepare and submit operational reports as necessary.
